YOUR ACCOUNT WAGERING CARD CAN BE USED AT FRASER DOWNS, SANDOWN PARK, HASTINGS AND ANY TBC TELETHEATRE LOCATION.  PLUS YOU HAVE COMPLETE PHONE BETTING ACCESS THROUGH AutoTAB.

Note:  You must print this application and fill it in manually.  Then bring it to Fraser Downs or send it via mail.  IF THIS APPLICATION IS MAILED, PROOF OF AGE AND RESIDENCE MUST BE PROVIDED. (e.g. Photocopy of Driver’s License or other I.D. showing age and residence.)

Notice:  The AutoTAB system uses the Program Number as it appears in the Official Program and that the Daily Racing Form or the newspaper may not have the correct Program Number.  The onus is on the customer to ensure that they are keying in the correct horse number.

Account holders are responsible for the security of their account number, password and PIN when issued.  AutoTAB accounts are for the personal use of the account holder.  Account holders are responsible for all bets placed through their account unless and until notice has been received in writing by Orangeville Raceway Ltd., Hastings Entertainment or TBC Teletheatre BC (herein after referred to as the association(s) that the account has been cancelled.
