When you bring your group of 15 tour participants (minimum) or more by bus stay at Fraser Downs Racetrack and Casino for a minimum of 4 hours, we will be pleased to offer the following packages:

Local Group Tours
Each guest will each receive:

• Complimentary Coffee and Cookies
• A coupon for $4.00 off any menu item
• Complimentary treats at departure

Out of Town Tours
Must be traveling from at least 30 km. Tour operators are eligible for a financial incentive in the amount of $5.00 per tour participant. Your guests will each receive:

• Complimentary Coffee and Cookies
• $5.00 Slot Play Coupon
• A coupon for $4.00 off any menu item
• Complimentary treats at departure

Out of Province Tours
Must be traveling from at least 125 km. Tour operators are eligible for a financial incentive in the amount of $7.50 per tour participant. Your guests will each receive:

• Complimentary Coffee and Cookies
• $5.00 Slot Play Coupon
• A coupon for $4.00 off any menu item
• Complimentary treats at departure

How To Reserve Your Group 

1. Please call, fax or e-mail at least one week before you planned visit and include: Your name, address, and phone number, arrival date, including expected time of arrival and departure, origin of tour and number of expected guests.
   
2. We will also require a manifest to be completed at least 48 hours prior to you visit. We have a manifest form that could be faxed, emailed or mailed to you when your booking is made.

$5.00 commission & $5.00 slot play coupons are available for tours originating from outside of the 30km radius of Fraser Downs. If you stay for at least 6 hours we will double your commission and slot play coupon to a $10 value.
